About the Hosts
How It All Began
Denise Boudreau grew up in Orange County, where she learned early how to roll with life’s wild turns. Married at 20 and divorced at 21, Denise hung out in Hollywood’s creative circles and fell into music management. It’s a role that evolved to Chief of Staff and Estate Manager. She met her Mr. Right in her 40s, is a devoted mother to two sons, and finally learned to live life on her own terms.
Kristina Vela has Pennsylvania roots but radiates a true Texas spirit. She is a proud mother to two daughters and a loving Lala to two grandchildren. When her youngest headed off to college, Kristina traded carpools for closings and turned her passion for real estate into a successful career. Fate (and one fabulous home showing) introduced her to Denise, where the two instantly clicked.
One spa day turned into hours of unfiltered conversation, resulting in an enduring friendship. As co-hosts to the Gen X Happy Hour podcast, their fizzy chemistry infuses each episode with humor and heart. See how it all started in our very first episode!
